1. Catalog Price
Prices on this site are excluding consumption tax.
Rate of consumption tax: 10 %
Consumption tax is calculated for the total purchase amount, and fraction of that is rounded off.
If billing address is abroad, Japanese consumption tax is not charged.

2-2 Payment methods
Postal transfer: selectable if the total amount excluding tax is 2000jpy~19,999jpy
We send books enclosed postal transfer form and bill. Please transfer after receiving books. Transfer fee is free, but the form that we send is not acceptable at convenience stores.
Bank transfer: selectable if the total amount excluding tax is 2000jpy~19,999jpy
We send books enclosed bill. Please transfer to our bank after receiving them. Transfer fee is to your cost.
If you purchase books priced over 20,000jpy, and if you cannot use COD or credit card payment, please contact us.
COD: selectable without relation to the amount. But not selectable if use coupon.
Book Service co., ltd. deliver books. When receive them, please pay in cash.
Credit card: selectable without relation to any condition.
You may make online payment, subject to directions of screen. Credit card payment system is in operation on the server of the online payment service company; Natural Payment. Handling charge is free.
2-3 Derivery methods
Usually, books are sent in 3 business days following the day of order. Toward the close of March and of September, during Golden Week holiday, Bon holiday, and year-end through New Year holidays, delivery service is not in operation, but order confirmation mail is delivered.
If select postal transfer, bank transfer, and credit card as payment method.
Books are delivered by our choice among following services.
Nekopos(small percels by YAMATO transport co., ltd.), Yu-Mail(booklet parcels by Japan Post), Letter Pack (Japan Post), Hikkaku Express(parcels by Sagawa Express co.,ltd.), Yu-Pack (parcels by Japan Post), TA-Q-BIN (express parcels by YAMATO transport co., ltd.).
If select COD as payment method.
Books are delivered by "Book Service". If you wish, you may designate time of delivery: AM, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, and 19:00-21:00 as your option. Please write in remark column.

Please take a procedure for payments by credit card, together with an application procedure for the purchase of books.

4. Return Policy
Returns are acceptable only reasons for wrong books, incorrect collating books, and missing pages books. At first, please let us know. We would like to arrange exchange. Shipping charge for making its transactions is to our cost.
Books which you opened supplements as CD-ROM, and which was marked as Library use are not acceptable. And returns due to the convenience of customers are not acceptable, too.
